    Invitation à un webinaire pour les PME « La propriété intellectuelle dans le secteur spatial » Sessions en français : 18 novembre (partie 1) et 25 novembre 2020 (partie 2) Sessions en anglais : 17 novembre (partie 1) et 24 novembre 2020 (partie 2) Bonjour, Pour une troisième année consécutive, l'Agence spatiale canadienne (ASC) et l'Office de la propriété intellectuelle du Canada (OPIC) seront les hôtes d'ateliers de formation et de sensibilisation pour les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) présentement impliquées dans des activités spatiales et celles de secteurs de hautes technologies intéressées. Le dépôt mondial de demandes de brevet dans le secteur spatial n'a cessé de croître au cours des 40 dernières années selon le rapport Brevets dans l'espace, publié récemment par l'OPIC. En outre, il est reconnu qu'en général, les entreprises qui protègent leur propriété intellectuelle (PI) sont plus susceptibles d'augmenter leurs bénéfices que celles qui ne le font pas. Les PME qui protègent leur invention par brevet ont plus tendance à devenir des entreprises à forte croissance et à exporter. Dans ce contexte, votre entreprise est invitée à participer à un atelier en deux parties offert par des experts de l'ASC et de l'OPIC pour accroître vos connaissances sur la stratégie en matière de PI, le transfert de technologies et sa commercialisation dans un environnement d'affaires. Pour cette année, l'évènement vise les PME de l'Ontario, du Québec et des régions de l'Atlantique.
