She is also a Senior fellow at the Centre for International Governance and Innovation (CIGI) and Stimson Center in Washington DC. Michael Day was the first Special Forces General Officer in Canada, holding key senior appointments within the Canadian Armed Forces and NATO. He now provides strategic advice and consults. Dr Stephanie Carvin is an Assistant Professor of International Relations at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs specialising in international law, security, terrorism and technology.
