    Warfighter Systems Summit

Our 2nd Annual Warfighter Systems Summit will serve as an educational 'town-hall' type forum to explain current and future Department of Defense efforts to maximize the lethality, protection, & situational awareness of US close combat Warfighters. Speakers from DoD, U.S. Army, USMC, & HQAF will detail how recent initiatives such as the establishment of the Close Combat Lethality Task Force are aiming to transform combat units into "Warfighting Machines" by replacing legacy Warfighter capabilities with enhanced systems and technologies. Topics to be covered at the 2019 Summit: Fielding next generation technologies for Close-Combat Warfighters in the battlefield Advancing Warfighter lethality to ensure a more lethal, effective, & cohesive Infantry Ensuring the overall equipping and sustaining of the USMC with fully integrated infantry combat capabilities Acquiring & fielding cutting-edge technologies such as the Next Generation Squad Weapon to maximize precision & targeting on the battlefield Maximizing Warfighter lethality through advanced training programs and synthetic training environments that will help close the gaps Developing & integrating superior clothing & individual equipment to provide the Soldier state-of-the-art protection to defeat Equipping dismounted Soldiers and near-ground support platforms with technologically advanced, lightweight imaging tools to enhance combat effectiveness Enhancing power architectures to extend the duration of operations and enable the joint Warfighter to attain a dominant tactical overmatch using fewer power sources Why you should attend this year's Summit: The current emphasis on increasing close combat lethality has never been higher. It is currently one of the main priorities of the Department of Defense and over the next five years, 3.6 billion dollars will be distributed to enhance such lethality priorities. With a large percentage of casualties coming from the infantry level, the focus to improve their survivability, mobility, & situational awareness to keep pace with the speed of War is at a premium. Former Secretary Mattis dedicated a large amount of resources and funds to this initiative and now the Director of the Close Combat Lethality Task Force and others across the DoD are continuing this effort by facilitating scalable, affordable, & adaptable architectures, with the end goal being to further equip and protect the Warfighter, creating a decisive overmatch to defeat the adversary at the small unit level. Our 2nd Annual Warfighter Systems Summit will feature perspectives from the various military services on how current advances being made on military systems and devices will be key moving forward to help reduce weight, increase power, and increase Soldier maneuverability. Sessions will provide important details on how new technologies are being integrated to help increase a Warfighter's lethality & survivability at the squad level, in areas such as night vision, tactical connectivity, and weapons systems; to ultimately give them the ability to fight and win anytime and anywhere moving forward. Lastly, this Summit will gather a panel to discuss the development of advanced LVC training & simulation methods that will help close the gaps and assist small unit levels anywhere on the battlefield. Attendees at our Warfighter Systems Summit will have a unique opportunity to engage in open and honest conversation with key decision makers and acquisition authorities about the future of US close combat forces. Attendees will gain valuable insights into navigating the Warfighter capabilities acquisition processes and will hear about the solutions urgently needed by Warfighters to ensure the US maintains a tactical overmatch over its adversaries. Maritime Information Warfare Conference

We are proud to present the 3rd annual Maritime Information Warfare conference to be held in London. With rapid technological advances changing the way maritime forces utilise and manage information, the ability to wage information warfare has become a critical component of naval capability. Gaining operational effectiveness through "information advantage" is critical to the abilities of any Navy on the world stage. The initial draft of the programme looks at engaging with the cutting edge of information warfare; learning lessons and taking inspiration from exercises across NATO, in particular the Royal Navies Ex Information Warrior in 2018/2019. This event is about discussing strategies, systems, and new technologies to increase information warfare capabilities, as well as the challenges associated with engaging in information warfare. The main themes within the conference include Artificial Intelligence (AI), Information Exploitation and Big data, Cyber Security and Defence, Command Control Communication and Computers (C4), and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR). Benefits of Attending The original focus revolved around the Royal Navies Information Warrior Exercise with Admiral George Zambellas providing our focus and keynote speaker and attracting representatives from all major Navies. Since then prominent speakers from the majority of NATO nations (including Vice-Admiral Gilday, US 10th Fleet) have been able to provide unprecedented insights into the status and future of Maritime Reconnaissance and Surveillance Technology for both NATO forces and Industry alike. This years conference intends to expand on this, bringing the best and most up-to-date sector knowledge to those who need it. Holistic coverage of Maritime Information Warfare, a wide range of themes that reflect the key aspects of the UK's Information Warrior Exercise Close attention paid to Artificial Intelligence, in particular how a mixture of automation and machine learning is building the platforms and capabilities of the future Updates on information Warfare Compatibility and Platforms across NATO Emphasis on Cyber Warfare, and the importance of more effective Cyber Defence as the maritime sphere becomes more information technology-centric Clarification on the different ways NATO Navies interpret and take advantage of concepts such as Information Exploitation and Cyber Security

    Symposium, Security

    Directed Energy Symposium

The 3rd Directed Energy Symposium will address the increasing need across the military to develop offensive and defensive directed energy capabilities. With emerging threats from near-peer competitors as well as continued operations against non-state actors, the need for directed energy capabilities will only continue to increase. These systems have the potential to stop a future hypersonic or ballistic missile attack or counter swarms of enemy drones, as the future battlefield becomes more technologically advanced. Topics to be covered at the 2019 Summit: Rapidly Fielding Army Directed Energy Systems Enhancing US Missile Defense Capabilities through Directed Energy Advancing USMC Command and Control Architectures Applying DE to counter enemy UAV threats Providing Power and Energy Systems to Integrate Directed Energy Weapons into Naval Ships The Role of Directed Energy Weapons in Future Mega City and Urban Environments Conducting Planetary Defense and Exploration with Directed Energy Systems Why You Should Attend This Summit: The 2019 Directed Energy Symposium will provide a forum to discuss the efforts to develop and leverage DE technologies in support of U.S. national security needs. As the global climate shifts back towards a great power competition, new and advanced weapons systems will need to be rapidly developed and fielded to provide the United States a continued advantage over its potential enemies. With countries advancing their development of hypersonic and other advanced missiles to avoid existing defense systems the US needs to develop new ways to protect its assets from attack. Directed Energy weapons have the potential to provide a low cost, high capacity capabilities to defend against these emerging threats. Along with advanced missiles Directed Energy systems also have the ability to counter enemy UAVs. As UAV technology becomes established and cheaper more threats can cheaply field fleets of theses systems. Directed Energy offers the US an option besides expensive missiles to destroy these UAVs and deter their future use. As the battlefield of the 21st century and beyond continue to evolve and new technology is introduced at a rapid pace the US will need to continue to advance its capabilities. Directed Energy Systems have the potential to bolster US warfighter dominance across any future battlefield. Our team specializes in the extensive research and development of our Summit's content and focus areas, and we will assemble the most respected minds in the directed energy community to include key policy-makers across military and civilian offices. Our non-partisan approach allows us to reach across all services and organizations to bring together a truly holistic group of decision-makers and solution providers.
