Les fonds HLD et PAI pourraient racheter Photonis
Selon le magazine Challenges, les fonds français HLD et PAI Partners discuteraient du rachat de Photonis, la pépite française de la vision nocturne, dont l'Etat a bloqué la vente à l'américain Teledyne en décembre dernier. Un rapprochement avec Lynred, coentreprise de Safran et Thales, spécialisée dans les détecteurs infrarouges, serait envisagé, avec le soutien de Bpifrance.
